I'm trying to remove a BK from 8 years ago and i have seen people do this by deleting old addresses from their CR's. Both TU and Equifax do not list the address where the BK was filed at. Any idea how to remove it?

Reply:If they don't have the address listed, just dispute the BK as not yours with something wrong reporting in it. You might could try obsolete but you might need to wait 9 years to do that?
