I paid my new Kohl's card online on the 20th. And it was on 20 processed. When I check the payment history, it says “Completed” from this payment.
It is still showing I have a balance though. The payment was not removed from my balance, and the “final payment” on the main screen it shows nothing.
Is this just one of those things? It looks like they have a crappy online system. Is this normal?

Hello everyone. I'm trying to clean up my credit report and improve my score, so I can get into a house in the near future. There are two negative entries that really concern me. It is is from a company called Jefferson Capital, and the other for RJM ACQ LLC, which is assumed I am RJM Acquisitions.
