Have a JOINT Home equity line that was not inlcuded in our BK7 8/05.
All CA's had the account as IIB and many had our BK date wrong. (which is wrong cuz it was not IIB)
Disputed all as Not mine cuz it was NOT IIB and some also with no bk with that date.
Trans Union deleted husbands TL for that account and update my TL to a positive TL showing a balance due and pays as agree with no IIB mentioned. (which is what I would like with all CA's)
Experian list the account as

Hi all,
We (my wife and I) are planning to file for BK7 in June of '09 but just wanted to make sure we have a good chance of not running into any trouble. Here is the situation… I live in KY btw.
Our total monthly income is $637, I get disability because of an eye condition that does not allow me to drive. Our total debt is at or a little under $10,000, we do not own the land we're living on, my parents own that, the home we live in is in neither mine or my wifes name.

Here is my situation:
I want to buy a house worth $ 125K. I make 28k a year was in 2005, now used 35k in 2006. I'm 2 weeks from discharge of a BK7. I have 2 rogues on my CR. 4 Item trade lines and loans for students, the deferred because I'm still in school. What type of mortgage I could get and how I go through a broker, if I may?
Lexington Law is fixing up my credit and hopefully will be able to remove my BK7 [unsecured credit cards] [bk7]

Should I stop them? I see that there are a lot of people on this board who still get credit after BK7. I thought my life would be over. And today…now I see there are loan spots called 'bankruptcy friendly lenders.'
So…right now my credit is terrible b/c of the non and late payments prior to BK7.
So again…should I keep letting them do the job…or…tell them fall back and just get 3-4 secured and unsecured credit cards and build my credit that way? Then hopefully one day.

The accounts are distributed all (3 or 4 of them) with an office, a few years, held every 2 years. Should I confirm all of a sudden? One after the other? All this in writing? In separate letters? Some validate / do some check with CRA? I have a bit of time crunch, as we are always ready for a loan in the coming months to qualify. Now I'm basically a who's who of the sub-prime cards, so I decided to see go on a mini-app to Spree, if I have some better cards.
I BK7 in 4th 4th of February should wind up May It is not appropriate to EQ (for some reason never appeared in the non-complaining), but there should be two collections and IIA, IIB. TU and EX have found BK.
My scores are in the low 600s on all third I live in FLA.

I have not a long time, but I'm having to do with some problems with CA and credit bureaus. My husband and I filed BK7 8th April 8th, we were dismissed July. I'm trying to get everything under BK7 but Ocwen Loan (old mortgage company) show is sure that our account has no credit, but was initiated Foreclosed and that 120 days late. This is wrong, but it verified. I called TU (spoken in India) and told them I wanted them included in the BK 7 but she said it was confirmed. The controversial

Saw a post that you made, Marv have finance.
I to twice a discharged BK's hard BK7 between May 2000 and a BK7 discharged 9 / 2009. Who is known to finance in this situation? I should be able to wait until after May for car shopping, but I'm curious about something just in case, I use the car for the time being.

DH & I bought some items in 2001 on credit at the store. We still owe on these items but they are worth no where near what we owe. How do those get handled in BK7?
In one set, the store is in a different state about 300 miles away. It is not pratical for them to come this far for those items. Would the debt on those be wiped out or would we have to return the items or pay them off. Second set is more of a problem. DH bought some tools in 2001 as well. We have no idea where they are now
