Hello to all! I found this site when I decided it was time to clean up our reports. We really want a house soon to buy. Anyway, here is the quandry I am in. We recently moved from Texas to Ohio. I have an old account that I had forgotten that is listed on my CR. By Texas law, it is SOL. Since moving to Ohio, but I see that they have a 15 year SOL on written contracts. What I would do the SOL? The old account is with Verizon and was SOL, before we moved. Does that mean a stock? I am not placed by

I ordered my credit report and my husband credit report today.
I both usually 3-4 times week.
I noticed that CA had a TL look at both of us entered. We have never had a notice on them before they did it.
Still today, called no notice.
I it was an old magazine debts. I paid to me by my credit. The panel acknowledged that a letter not [size = "4"] [/ size]

I was overseas a year ago, and I was late 30 days on a payment on my Discover credit card. I had been with Discover for about 3 years by then and never too late.
So, recently I started a couple of simple disputes with the agencies in relation to different things to do on my CR.
I controversial late from Discover just to see what will happen, well, it did not move it ~ was tested again and again.

I tried to do some research on this topic, but I can not with the right wording, I'm here:
I just want to make sure that I understand this correctly. I have 2 accounts on my CR, that I am questioning. The first is Arrow, I'm getting them to talk about my CR, as we are, but they are working under a closed account with a $ 728 balance listing. Can they do that?
Second, I have a bank that had Charged off $ 428 for a loan I signed back in '94. It's over and still shows a

What do they take office for your CR? I could not find him in the Credit Pulls Database.

I have paid two small collections of a few years ago that I like from my credit reports would get away. Does anyone have advice on how to do this?
I've read all of the sample DV letters, but not seen this situation addressed.
