I'm ready to begin trying to get the BK deleted from my records and have done a lot of research here but I keep seeing conflicting posts about who gets what letter.
Do I send my first letter (bk is "not mine") to the 3 CRA's or to each individual OC (cc companies)?
Who do I send my second letter to (asking them to verify)? CRAs or OCs?
Who do I send the IIB letter to? CRAs or OCs?
Who do I send the ITS letter to? CRAs or OCs?

First off, wow I'm glad I found this place. I've been working on repairing my credit card for the last month. I sent my dispute to the 3 credit rating agencies. So far I have only heard of Ex and got a deletion. None of the TU or Eq yet, but they still have 4 more days until 30 to have. What do I do if I do not hear about them next week? Do I need to send a letter with a copy of the original cancellation received?

CMI is a collection only paid (go unpaid, it has a CA that is next up for us), the DW-report and by removing some success with 30-60 days accounts lates as “not mine” I decided to make a run at CMI for the $ 24 devices Comcast sent them free in 2004. I disputed the account with the credit rating agencies, and just yesterday received a letter directly from the CMI: read

Finally a good sign! I was reminded of Unifund
Several months. I DVed and fought with the rating agencies. There was no response to my DV Unifund, but they checked with the rating agencies. I honestly do not think that's my account if they bought something and wrote the wrong credit card number on the notice and in the CRs.
After for review with the rating agencies, I sent them an ITS about a month ago.
Today I checked my CCT and they are OFF EX, but still listed on EQ and TU

After searching for a new collections for $ 45 (originally a debt of Charter Communications) is now treated by Afni reported on my CR this month (and later fill up my Fico in the process) I started the first step of the challenge with the credit rating agencies ( via the online form). Well, today I got the first results say with Experian, the debts remain. So what is my next step? Perform a PFD letter to Afni?

Got a call yesterday from Belzer law firm. They said she was assigned to my Providian account. Oddly Providian paid over the back in early March with the rating agencies and I found it from all 3 – now 6 weeks later I get a call from a law firm in terms of? Anyone ever dealt with these guys – can not seem to find any information on them.

I filed CH 7 in 12/03. Lo and behold in July of 2004 I pull my reports and in addition to the BK, there is a public record sitting out there for a judgement from Great Seneca Financial. WTH are they? So I do my internet research and find out it was a company from Rausch Sturm, which was hard. I dispute not mine with the CRAs and it comes back verified. I call Rausch and Sturm and they tell me that the judgement has been vacated. Stupidly, I believe them and dispute again. Still verified. Fin

She stated that she has a Kay's card and is print the page with the CL and to look at the rating agencies if they update it then .
Has anyone done this with other cards and it worked?
Since I have that CLI from Cap 1 was also thought of trying . because he said I had a letter confirming come within a few days it.

Is it better to just one line at a time trade dispute with the credit rating agencies, or is it ok to several lines at once trade dispute? I have worked on disputes DH with all three rating agencies, but they are always on 2-3 pages. I am concerned that this will look too complicated, and perhaps be marked as “frivolous” before they even get investigated. I have several reasons to believe that some elements removed, and I want to be able to hear these arguments.
What is the best approach?
