I have an arm that must be refinanced in April. I have received offers of all kinds. Recently I meet with the lender, and he had a copy of my credit report. I asked if I gave him permission to run my report and was told that he did not need my permission just my address. Is that ok? Was it a hard or soft pull? My grades were 688 and 6.8 offered here in Ohio. Good Rate?

I have read many posts here at all the various topics of credit repair and rebuilding.

On my credit report (s) to my couple of accounts in an auth user my updated report this month, all of them account status shows as unknown and balance, credit limit as 0 and not to mention it was my TU result as 30 points and EQ and EX It was actually collected because its very close to its maximum .

I was checking the TU dispute process that I go with them and it reports 8 of 10 complete, but nothing changed on my credit report. Do the right all at once at the end or does the fate of them all live so far?
They dont say that only the results that they have completed eight of 10. You do not give no information really . somehow sucks.

In view of my credit report, I have a few accounts that pay off and with collection agencies. These accounts are each reporting period twice, once from the OC and once for the CA. Is this legal? It does not seem like I should be taken twice for a debt? I have to write to the OC and ask them to remove it? Thanks for your help!

I ordered my credit report and my husband credit report today.
I both usually 3-4 times week.
I noticed that CA had a TL look at both of us entered. We have never had a notice on them before they did it.
Still today, called no notice.

Comcast has just a derogatory account on my credit report (all 3) of the Credit Protection Associates! What can I do? Anyone have any experience with them?

I've been using old addresses from me to avoid the NJ Skip Trace intention. So far it has worked.
I-MAY-General to give revenue a call, as they are told that my CONSOLIDATION APP has been approved . They gave me the forms.
I wonder how some terms on my credit report (probably NJ, if they want a fight, I hope they consolidated my App) dispute without there my new address!
Also, it is still possible eevrything with organized crime and the Big 3 in terms of avoidance items?

Hello All,
My BK 7 is now discharged and closed. I'm checking out my TU credit report. Is the reported date for included in BK, the date you filed or is it the discharge date. I disputed 2 items on my report. They came back as included in BK but the reported date is 4/20/2006 for one and 3/29/2006 for the other. I filed my BK 7, 10/13/2005 my 341 hearing 12/16/2005. BK 7 discharged and closed 4/20/2006.
