We own our own land, which is likely to be assessed about $ 70,000 (it is about 10.5 hectares). Our clients estimate for the house is $ 393,000. We can kill the extra money to supply us with a 80% LTV. I make 69k per year, my scores are from 654, eq 606, TU 600th My husband makes 52K per year and its scores are tu608, exp 605 and 599th GI Our only debt

A while back I posted some questions but at the time was not exactly what I meant to, or give detail by other people in my home reading my posts .
I started a biz float in 05 and credit scores are. I have a lot of credit and bought things for the biz, and no other frills. I was and am a firm believer in paying off loans and not with much it.
Well I have recently acquired contracts, which I had for the equipment in short supply in the order of less than $ 76,000.00.

I have a 2002 Pontiac Trans Am that I bought new in 2002. I paid $ 30,000 to them and owe $ 10,000 bring me the monthly payment now. I think one of the reasons why I have a low score because I didn't no credit cards. I have my first in about 7 years a few weeks ago . Capital One. My limit is $ 500 and I pay for my gym membership, $ 150. I have 0% interest until November 2009. The statement has not been cut, but I have to pay the money. Most advice I have read on these boards is to be paid when the statement comes. Just a few questions . My goal is to do what they should be in an improved credit scores.

Only curiosity question.
I have heard that credit scores above 720 receive the best interest rates, etc. Once a result is above this level, it tries to go any reason, with Fix You keep score? What other benefits are there to with a slash through it?

I have to credit scores 525th I have a banana republic cc always is consistently positive. I currently have a $ 380 balance and a $ 400 limit. I thought if I have a credit limit increase request to help my guests (and no longer – haha).
1. Would they move to such a decision?
2. Is it even worth it?
