I disputed a collection account with the CRA, because it was included in my BK. Experian only replied that was the result of “Remain” 0.

Some of you may ring my previous threads rega my ongoing saga have read with Chevron. They were my reporting account IIB correct as chargeoff and failed to reporting. Failed in this telilng after me about a letter that they were about correct.
This account was removed from Experian without dispute from me last month. Almost a month ago I sent a dispute to Trans Union, with a copy of the letter I received from Chevron. TU wrote back stating they could not accept that the letter I sent them

Friggin Experian. I can call and they send me a report, also waving the $ 8 fee. But anyone who tries to pull my report, it was PG, myFICO, or even a believer and they can not draw. WTF.r

On 03/25/2007 I sent an inquiry to my personal information correct and remove any other personal information. With the letter I sent a copy of my driver's license and a current utility bill as required.
Today (04/09/2007) I received a reply stating that they could not change anything on file.
Where I go with this now? I have to ask Experian to use the documents, offer to ensure the accuracy of the information? If this is the case, I could be a link to a sample letter, any help wou

I can not believe it, I confirmed when using a telephone with them today and the true credit .
Now I only have one address on Experian left . and I'm on my last 2-3 credit issues .

I found this info on Experian, ask Max section. Surely they can't put false information on their website?? Is what they say true?? All the cc accounts I had are expected to fall off next year, will they update and stay on for 7 more years?
Bankruptcy: Chapters 7, 11, and 12 remain for 10 years from the filing date. Chapter 13 remains seven years from the filing date. Accounts included in bankruptcy will remain seven years from the date they were reported as included in the bankruptcy.
