DH needs a new car. His scores are a bit better than mine but not the automatic score improved so that I use.
I applied to a dealer who treats me well a while back if I have a used car that some problems had bought. I went straight to the special finance department and applied on-line. The gal called me up and says, “Hey, your credit is not so bad,” I'm still the app but you only coud've applied regularly.

I have an account that was not included in my Chapter 13 BK filed in 4/2003. The account is still reporting (5/2010) as having a balance and no limit and an "N/A" for status. My Chapter 13 BK dropped off all my reports in 4/2010 but this account is showing under my installment section on my EQ. What can I do to have this removed?
